This introductory session covers the basic principles of why and how we meditate; its practice, principles and purpose in our lives, or can simply act as a recurring module in a sequence of sessions
as we learn to apply the wisdom of this ancient practice into our daily lives.
The session equips you with simple tools to apply throughout your day that will increase your sense of joy, equanimity and freedom.
Each session includes 50 minutes of meditation practice and 10 minutes of Grace and Relaxation.
